PURPOSE:

Horus Vision is the most innovative company in the sports optics market and we're looking for a superstar Ecommerce Marketing Manager to work closely with the Horus Vision team to develop and execute our e-commerce marketing plan. The primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, website management, SEO management, email campaigns, online advertising, online content creation, research and reporting, and social media management. Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

  • BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of digital marketing with social media and e-commerce experience
  • Content strategy and execution, including content creation (copyrighting, photography, graphic design) and curation
  • Experienced in online marketplaces
  • Product sales and merchandising, including the promotion of new products and new product launch
  • Detailed understanding of online marketing, particularly SEM & SEO optimization concepts and strategies
  • Data reporting and analytics, including Google Analytics knowledge and experience creating and using a reporting dashboard
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
  • Specific experience with Google paid advertising is a must
  • Strong technical acumen with knowledge of web and emerging technologies
  • Proven leader with strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to operate independently and bring new and fresh ideas to the company
  • Savvy Communicator; Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A natural team player; will work very closely with Marketing, Sales, IT, Distribution and Finance

 Core Accountabilities:

  • Create strategy and plan to drive eCommerce platform sales

  • Develop eCommerce marketing budget, and tracking and reporting of key performance indicators

  • Understand market drivers and develop a strategy that maximizes sales

  • Establish and track revenue goals with supporting metrics and reporting

  • Monitor competitive listings and pricing

  • Manage all content for all channels (copy, photos, graphics, videos, etc.) to support the product assortment

  • Develop innovative ways for web site and e-commerce product storytelling and experiences to drive better results

  • Monitor and manage online product assortment and content, with the goal of maximizing online presence and driving sales

  • Maintain eCommerce store and product listings and marketing initiatives to increase sales

  • Manage online customer communications to ensure the customer experience is top-notch
